NIC has recently established ServiceDesk facility for online monitoring of services provided by NIC to Govt Organizations . This is national wide facility and can be used to record issues, doubts, requirements, complaints etc the services provided by NIC.

The user can register their complaints/services and use the system generated ticket numbers for tracking the status of complaints/services. The servicedesk can be used for below given services :-
